Key Responsibilities
Stock Management
- Monitor inventory levels and movements
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits
- Resolve stock discrepancies promptly
Warehouse Operations
- Supervise order picking and dispatch processes
- Manage space optimization and pallet organization
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures
Team Management
- Maintain staff attendance records
- Train team on inventory processes
- Conduct regular performance reviews
Reporting Requirements
- Daily stock reconciliation
- Weekly progress updates
- Monthly operational reports
Candidate Requirements
- Proven warehouse supervisory experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software
