Position Details

Minimum Education: Matric Certification
Experience Required: 3 years in insurance sector
Location: Montana, Gauteng
Department: Insurance Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Execute underwriting procedures and prepare client quotations
- Maintain accurate policy documentation and transaction records
- Resolve broker inquiries via phone and email
- Ensure compliance with FAIS regulations
- Coordinate broker consultant schedules and meetings
- Manage monthly reporting distribution
- Prepare new broker onboarding packages
Required Qualifications
- Matric certificate (Essential)
- FAIS Commercial Compliance & RE5 Certification
- 3+ years commercial underwriting/sales support experience
- Proven technical knowledge of short-term insurance products
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel skills preferred)
