Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client onboarding processes and FAIS compliance documentation
  • Prepare policy analyses, quotations, and implementation plans
  • Coordinate with insurers for policy alterations and new business
  • Maintain client review schedules and policy renewals
  • Resolve client inquiries regarding policies and payments
  • Ensure FICA/FAIS compliance across all client files
  • Assist with commission reporting and file audits

Requirements:
