Experience: 2+ years relevant experience
Field: Engineering/Technical
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure safe working environment compliance
- Perform equipment maintenance and repairs
- Operate brewing machinery and systems
- Optimize plant performance and processes
- Conduct technical training and mentoring
- Complete scheduled maintenance tasks
- Participate in standby duty rotations
Essential Requirements
- N3 Technical Certificate or higher qualification
- Millwright Trade Test certification
- 2+ years post-qualification experience
- Packaging industry experience (advantageous)
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Effective team collaboration skills
- Self-motivated work approach
