Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BA or Degree in Marketing or Brand Management

The skills we need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity in developing content, ideas, and marketing concepts
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media channels, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret consumer insights
  • Good organizational, project management, and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace tools

Attributes required:

  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a well-structured thought process
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and experience marshaling cross-departmental resources toward daily goals and objectives
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Ability to project manage across brand portfolios

Key responsibilities:

  • Marketing administration
  • Writing and submitting creative briefs
  • Writing and submitting competition terms and conditions briefs
  • Managing and updating calendars
  • Managing and updating campaign presentations
  • Product ordering and merchandise procurement
  • Daily management of competition administration
  • General project management assistance
