Position: Branch Coordinator – Digital Communication, Access & Services

Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Qualifications:

  • NQF Level 6 qualification in Public Administration/Business Management or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in office administration/management (3+ years at supervisory level)
  • Experience in ICT environment preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate branch strategic plans and performance reporting
  • Manage parliamentary processes and interdepartmental liaison
  • Oversee branch resource management including finances and assets
  • Facilitate branch meetings and support audit processes
  • Maintain compliance with public service regulations
