Position: Branch Coordinator – Digital Communication, Access & Services
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Qualifications:
- NQF Level 6 qualification in Public Administration/Business Management or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in office administration/management (3+ years at supervisory level)
- Experience in ICT environment preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate branch strategic plans and performance reporting
- Manage parliamentary processes and interdepartmental liaison
- Oversee branch resource management including finances and assets
- Facilitate branch meetings and support audit processes
- Maintain compliance with public service regulations
