Key Requirements
- National Diploma/Degree in relevant field
- Proven experience in office administration/management
- Strong background in performance reporting and audit processes
- Expertise in coordinating executive support functions
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate branch strategic planning and performance reporting
- Manage audit query resolution and compliance processes
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication with Ministry/Executive offices
- Oversee administrative support for branch meetings and workshops
- Manage resource coordination (financial, human, physical assets)
