- Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- 1-2 years’ experience in trade branch environment (preferred)
- 2 years’ customer service/marketing experience (advantageous)
Key Competencies:
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Strong numerical and organizational abilities
- Proven sales aptitude
- Effective communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support marketing initiatives
- Process cash transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory control and shelf organization
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Monitor stock levels and product displays
