Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric/Grade 12 certificate
  • 1-2 years’ experience in trade branch environment (preferred)
  • 2 years’ customer service/marketing experience (advantageous)

  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
  • Strong numerical and organizational abilities
  • Proven sales aptitude
  • Effective communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support marketing initiatives
  • Process cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain inventory control and shelf organization
  • Handle administrative tasks efficiently
  • Monitor stock levels and product displays
