• Qualifications:
  
  – Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Conservation/Wildlife/Environmental Management/Environmental Sciences/Law (SAQA-recognized)
• Location: Bloemfontein, Free State
• Field: Environmental Safety & Compliance

Core Requirements:

• Knowledge of National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act (NEMBA) and related regulations
• Computer proficiency and valid driver’s license
• Investigation experience (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct environmental compliance audits and site inspections
• Monitor adherence to biodiversity permit conditions
• Investigate environmental violations and prepare enforcement documentation
• Collaborate with legal teams on compliance notices and court proceedings
• Develop educational programs on environmental regulations
• Manage administrative reporting and resource allocation
