Position Overview
Role: BIM Assistant (Junior Level)
Type: Full-time, Hybrid
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, Revit proficiency
Field: Information Technology/Computer Systems
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Revit users across projects
- Maintain and optimize BIM systems and documentation
- Develop training materials and conduct staff workshops
- Create and optimize Revit content for design teams
- Research new BIM technologies and workflow improvements
Essential Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Revit software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with 3D visualization software
- Knowledge of Twinmotion/Lumion workflows
- Parametric modeling expertise
- Fusion 360 experience
