Bilingual (English & French) Consumer Administrator

What You’ll Contribute
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding data exposure incidents using scripted FAQs
- Provide timely solutions for credit monitoring platform issues
- Support both English and French speaking banking customers
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
- Resolve customer concerns at first contact
- Guide identity theft victims through protection measures
- Explain credit monitoring features in clear terms
System Management:
- Accurately record customer interactions in databases
- Maintain data confidentiality and compliance standards
Performance Requirements:
- Handle calls for 85% of daily work hours
- Achieve service level targets (call handling time, quality scores)
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- 1-2 years operations experience
- Proficiency with MS Office tools
- Ability to work remotely in a quiet environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
