Bilingual (English & French) Consumer Administrator

What You’ll Contribute

  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding data exposure incidents using scripted FAQs
  • Provide timely solutions for credit monitoring platform issues
  • Support both English and French speaking banking customers

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

  • Resolve customer concerns at first contact
  • Guide identity theft victims through protection measures
  • Explain credit monitoring features in clear terms

System Management:

  • Accurately record customer interactions in databases
  • Maintain data confidentiality and compliance standards

Performance Requirements:

  • Handle calls for 85% of daily work hours
  • Achieve service level targets (call handling time, quality scores)

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • 1-2 years operations experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools
  • Ability to work remotely in a quiet environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
