Your Mission
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing expert beauty advice, maintaining attractive product displays, and driving sales growth in our beauty department.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide personalized consultations on beauty/skincare products
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends and promotions
- Optimize product displays and stock management
- Meet monthly sales targets through upselling strategies
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service
- Promote customer loyalty programs and private label products
Ideal Candidate Profile
Essential:
- Matric Certificate
- Passion for beauty products and trends
- Strong customer service orientation
Advantageous:
- Beauty/skincare certification
- Retail or FMCG experience
