Beauty Assistant – Clicks Harbour Bay Jobs

We have exciting opportunities in Clicks stores for Beauty Assistants. You will report to the Store Manager and service the entire beauty department.

Job Purpose

To provide excellent service by offering professional advice on beauty and skincare products. Promote and manage merchandise effectively, and keep the department tidy to build customer loyalty and increase sales.

Job Objectives

• Consult with customers, answer questions about products, and recommend the best items and services for their needs.
• Drive sales in the beauty department by promoting products, suggesting add-ons, and upselling to meet monthly targets.
• Track sales, review product performance, and suggest improvements to boost offerings and sales.
• Stay updated on all beauty products, trends, promotions, and events to give accurate information to customers.
• Handle daily operations in the beauty department, including stock management, reducing losses, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and administration.
• Ensure visual merchandising, store presentation, and promotions in the beauty department meet company standards.
• Deliver top customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, being approachable, and providing friendly, professional support.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and sign up new members to reach participation goals.
• Boost profits and customer loyalty by promoting private label and exclusive products.
• Make the brand the customer’s top choice for health and beauty by living the company values.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Essential: Grade 12
• Desirable: Qualification in beauty or skincare
• Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing
