We have exciting opportunities in Clicks stores for Beauty Advisors who report to the Store Manager and service the entire beauty department.

Job Purpose

To deliver excellent service by providing professional advice on beauty and skincare products, promoting and managing merchandise well, and keeping the area clean. This builds customer loyalty and boosts sales.

Job Objectives

  • Consult with customers, answer questions about products, and recommend the best items and services for their needs.
  • Drive sales in the beauty department by promoting products, cross-selling, and up-selling to meet monthly targets.
  • Monitor sales, review product performance, and suggest improvements to increase offerings and sales.
  • Stay updated on all beauty products, ranges, trends, promotions, and events to give accurate information to customers.
  • Handle all operational tasks in the beauty department, including stock management, reducing losses, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and administration.
  • Ensure visual merchandising, in-store presentation, and promotions in the beauty department meet standards.
  • Provide top customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, being visible, and offering friendly, professional help.
  • Promote the Clicks clubcard and sign up new members to reach participation goals.
  • Boost profitability and loyalty by promoting private label and exclusive products.
  • Help make Clicks the top choice for health and beauty by living the company values.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Essential: Grade 12
  • Desirable: Relevant qualification in beauty or skincare
  • Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing
