Your primary responsibility is to welcome clients and effectively manage branch flow through proficient queue functioning. You will provide excellent client service by assisting clients at the ATM and helping with transactions on remote or self-service channels. This role will enable you to gain valuable knowledge, skills, and experience in service consulting.
Experience
Minimum:
- No prior experience is required; however, candidates must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate.
Ideal:
- Some client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment is preferred.
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
Knowledge
Minimum:
- Basic numerical skills for calculations.
- Ability to engage effectively with people.
- Clarity and understanding of personal career aspirations, demonstrating an ambitious attitude and eagerness to learn.
Ideal:
- Familiarity with bank branch environments.
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and internal business processes.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
Conditions of Employment
- Must have a clear criminal and credit record.
- Fingers must be recognizably detectable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system.
