Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge assistance
- Handle cash transactions and process refunds/exchanges
- Maintain well-stocked shelves and organized displays
- Receive/store deliveries and assist with inventory counts
- Ensure cleanliness in work areas including storerooms and kitchens
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Candidate Requirements:
- Matric certificate essential
- Prior experience in retail/bakery environments preferred
- Must reside within 25km radius of workplace
- Clean criminal record
