Position Overview:

We seek an experienced Auditor to lead targeted tax audits, identify compliance risks, and recommend process improvements. This role requires expertise in multi-tax-type verification and adherence to legislative frameworks.

Key Requirements:

Education:
– Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or Audit
OR
– Senior Certificate (NQF 4) with extended experience

Experience:
– 5-10 years in tax consulting/auditing environment
– Minimum 2-3 years in functional tax audit role

Core Responsibilities:

Audit Execution:
– Conduct multi-period tax audits across various risk profiles
– Analyze financial statements and business operations for compliance gaps

Risk Management:
– Identify revenue protection opportunities
– Implement quality control measures for audit processes

Operational Leadership:
– Allocate audit assignments based on team capabilities
– Develop procedural improvements and implementation guidelines
