Job Description

The ATM Auditor will support the National ATM Manager (Operational) at FCS Cleveland. The main responsibilities include loading client ATMs, handling cash transactions, and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Load all ATMs daily.
• Secure and account for all cash transactions each day.
• Respond to technical faults on ATMs.
• Balance cash accurately.
• Ensure client assets are secured at all times.
• Follow all key procedures.
• Handle complaints in Trans Track scanning operations.
• Interact with clients and provide assistance.

Minimum Requirements

• Clear criminal record.
• PSIRA accreditation, Grade C or higher.
• Completed firearm training (handgun and rifle).
• SAPS competency certificate.
• CIT certificate.
• Experience in the security industry or a similar role.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Computer literate.
