    Postgraduate qualification preferred
  • Experience: 8+ years in public procurement/administration/governance
  • Location: Gauteng, South Africa

  • Lead innovative SCM research initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Coordinate cross-functional research projects and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage risk assessment processes and procurement performance monitoring
  • Develop governance frameworks and prepare executive-level reports
  • Supervise teams and foster professional development
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and strategic partnerships

Candidate Profile

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in public sector procurement regulations (PFMA, PPPFA)
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven leadership and team management experience

  • Professional registration with relevant bodies
