Experience: 3+ months as Process Trainee (preferred)

Position Overview:
Support production operations by assisting with paper winding processes and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with shift transitions and machinery preparation
- Operate semi-goliath cranes for reel loading
- Set up/maintain slitter knives & core systems
- Monitor paper quality during rewinding process
- Manage trim waste removal systems
- Prepare finished rolls for dispatch (labeling & packaging)
- Support maintenance activities & safety checks
Required Qualifications:
- Matric/NQF Level 4 certificate
- N3 Pulp & Paper certification (4 subjects)
- Basic mechanical aptitude
