  • Manage GM’s calendar, emails, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare presentation materials
  • Handle confidential documentation and correspondence
  • Organize corporate events and stakeholder functions
  • Process expense reports and financial reconciliations

Requirements

  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional communication in English and Afrikaans
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
  • Proven experience in executive-level support
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
