We seek a dynamic professional with diverse skills in property administration, procurement, and executive support to join our leadership team in Parktown, Gauteng.

Core Responsibilities:
– Manage complex travel arrangements and executive scheduling
– Record and distribute meeting minutes
– Oversight of property-related administration
– Conduct procurement activities and vendor negotiations
– Provide comprehensive PA support to CEO

Essential Requirements:
– Proven experience in property management/administration
– Strong background in procurement processes
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
– Residence within proximity to Parktown area
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
