Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize maintenance processes for portfolio facilities
- Diagnose complex technical issues and develop repair solutions
- Manage contractor performance and service delivery
- Ensure OHSA compliance including fire safety protocols
- Coordinate preventative maintenance programs
- Monitor maintenance budgets and project timelines
- Conduct regular facility inspections and site audits
Requirements
Education:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- OHS certifications (advantageous)
Experience:
- 3+ years in technical maintenance management
- Background in retail/commercial property maintenance
- Expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
