Position Details
- Employment Type: Full Time

Core Responsibilities
- Oversee building maintenance and equipment management
- Lead technical projects and risk management initiatives
- Supervise contractor operations and service providers
- Implement quality control and safety protocols
- Manage department budgets and resource allocation
- Coordinate team operations and staff development
Required Qualifications
Essential:
National Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (NQF 6)
Valid driver’s license with personal transportation
Professional Experience
- 4+ years post-qualification engineering experience
- HVAC systems and electrical power supply expertise
- Facility management background preferred
