Position Details

Key Responsibilities
Store Operations:
- Support daily boutique operations and staff management
- Drive sales growth while maintaining profitability targets
- Manage inventory, stock orders, and financial reconciliations
- Maintain premium product presentation standards
- Develop corporate sales strategies and client relationships
Customer Experience:
- Lead by example in exceptional customer service delivery
- Train team on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Marketing Support:
- Implement brand merchandising guidelines
- Execute local marketing initiatives and promotions
- Monitor market trends for business opportunities
Candidate Requirements
- Proven retail leadership experience (luxury/premium brands preferred)
- Strong commercial awareness with sales focus
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for premium products and customer service excellence
