Position Overview
We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations at our Power Fashion store in Welkom Boitumelo. This role requires a proactive leader to maintain operational excellence in the Store Manager’s absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily banking procedures and cash office operations
- Uphold company standards for visual merchandising and store presentation
- Implement loss prevention strategies and shrinkage control
- Supervise staff and assist with team management
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve store targets
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate (Mathematics preferred)
- Proven experience in retail management
- Clothing retail background advantageous
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Integrity and ethical work approach
