Role Overview:
Support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring adherence to company standards in merchandising, staff management, stock control, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee store operations in the manager’s absence
– Manage cash office functions and banking
– Implement loss prevention strategies
– Drive sales initiatives to meet targets
– Train and supervise staff
– Maintain visual merchandising standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
– Proven leadership experience in retail
