- Support store operations in manager’s absence
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock control
- Drive sales growth through team leadership
- Handle cash management and banking procedures
- Implement loss prevention strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Supervise front-end operations and cash office
