Education Requirement: Matric/NQF Level 4 (Mathematics preferred)
Location: Sasolburg, Free State
Department: Retail Operations
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations in Manager’s absence
- Maintain retail standards: visual merchandising, stock control, and store security
- Implement company procedures and compliance measures
- Manage daily cash handling and banking procedures
- Supervise staff and coordinate sales initiatives
- Optimize inventory management to minimize stock loss
Required Qualifications
- Proven team leadership experience
- Retail department management background
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Effective decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ethical approach with proactive work ethic
