Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations in Store Manager’s absence
- Oversee cash handling processes and banking procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock control
- Implement loss prevention strategies
- Lead and develop retail team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve store targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences
Candidate Requirements
- Proven team leadership experience
- Retail management background (fashion retail preferred)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive approach with high ethical standards
