Position Overview

We seek an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations in Piketberg. This role requires maintaining operational excellence while upholding company standards during the Store Manager’s absence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staff management
• Ensure compliance with housekeeping and merchandising standards
• Manage cash office operations and bank deposits
• Implement shrinkage control measures
• Drive sales initiatives to achieve targets
• Maintain front-end controls and security protocols
• Support staff training and development

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate (Mathematics preferred)
• Minimum 1 year retail supervisory experience
• Clothing retail experience advantageous
