Position Overview
Support store operations and lead teams in maintaining exceptional standards. Act as Store Manager designate during absences, ensuring smooth business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial processes and cash management
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Implement loss prevention strategies
- Lead and develop retail staff
- Drive sales targets through effective floor management
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures
- Manage stock control systems
Required Qualifications
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate (Mathematics advantageous)
- Proven team leadership experience
- Retail sector experience preferred
