• Manage daily store operations in Store Manager’s absence
• Implement housekeeping and merchandising standards
• Oversee cash management and banking procedures
• Lead staff training and performance management
• Drive sales initiatives and shrinkage control
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven people management skills
• Strong administrative and numerical ability
• Retail experience (fashion sector preferred)
