Position Overview:

We seek an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations at our Power Fashion store in Middelburg. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of maintaining operational excellence in the Store Manager’s absence.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations:

• Oversee daily financial processes including banking and cash office management
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandise displays
• Implement loss prevention strategies and security protocols

Team Leadership:

• Support staff management and departmental operations
• Foster team performance through effective coaching
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Sales & Customer Service:

• Develop initiatives to achieve sales targets
• Enhance customer satisfaction through service excellence
• Monitor and optimize front-end operations

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate

Experience:

• 1+ years supervisory experience in retail environments
• Clothing retail background preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Proactive approach with high ethical standards
