Position Overview

Job Type: Full Time (On-site)
Location: Margate, KwaZulu-Natal
Department: Retail Operations

Core Responsibilities

• Deputize for Store Manager during absences
• Maintain retail standards: visual merchandising, stock control, and store security
• Oversee daily financial operations and cash management
• Implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Manage staff operations and maintain front-end efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate (Mathematics preferred)
• 2+ years retail supervisory experience
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities
• Effective communication and decision-making skills
• Understanding of retail inventory management
