Position Summary

Seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support store operations in Kriel. This role involves maintaining operational standards, leading teams, and driving sales initiatives while deputizing for the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in manager’s absence
• Manage cash handling procedures and banking operations
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock control
• Implement loss prevention strategies
• Supervise staff and manage front-end operations
• Drive sales performance and meet store targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate (Mathematics preferred)
• Proven experience in team management
• Retail sector experience (fashion retail advantageous)
• Strong administrative and numerical skills
• Leadership qualities with decision-making ability
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proactive approach with high ethical standards
