Position: Assistant Store Manager

Minimum Education: Matric/Grade 12 (Mathematics preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support store operations during Manager’s absence
  • Manage daily financial processes and cash handling
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Implement inventory control measures
  • Supervise and develop retail team members
  • Drive sales initiatives and targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
