Role Summary

Seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, maintain company standards, and drive sales performance at our Heidelburg Power Fashion location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations in Store Manager’s absence
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and banking
  • Implement merchandising standards and shrinkage control
  • Supervise staff performance and training
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Develop sales initiatives to meet targets
  • Maintain store security and safety protocols

Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12 certificate (Mathematics preferred)
  • 2+ years retail supervisory experience
  • Clothing retail background advantageous
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
