Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations in Store Manager’s absence
- Implement loss prevention strategies and stock control measures
- Oversee cash management and financial procedures
- Lead staff training and performance management
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Drive sales initiatives and customer service excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Proven team leadership experience
- Retail sector background (fashion retail preferred)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to ethical business practices
