• Experience: Retail management experience required

• Department: Retail Operations

Core Responsibilities:

• Deputize for Store Manager during absences
• Maintain retail standards: visual merchandising, stock control, and store security
• Implement loss prevention strategies
• Manage daily cash operations and banking procedures
• Lead sales team and drive performance targets
• Oversee staff supervision and frontline customer service
