Position Summary:

We seek an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations in Pretoria. This role requires overseeing daily operations in the Store Manager’s absence while maintaining company standards in merchandising, security, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Maintain store presentation, stock control, and security standards
• Financial Handling: Oversee cash office operations and banking procedures
• Team Leadership: Assist in staff management and training
• Sales Optimization: Implement initiatives to achieve store targets
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Education:
Matric (Grade 12) – Mathematics preferred

Experience:
– Retail supervisory experience (clothing retail advantageous)
– Department management background
