Core Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through exceptional customer service standards
  • Maintain store presentation and merchandise displays
  • Manage inventory control, stock receiving, and expiry date monitoring
  • Lead team training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Oversee cash management and daily financial reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and food standards
  • Analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proven FMCG retail management experience

  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Effective communication in English (verbal/written)
