Position Summary

- Department: Retail Operations – Cellular Division
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
- Support Store Manager in daily operations and staff supervision
- Conduct stock management including receiving, replenishment, and loss prevention
- Maintain optimal store standards and inventory accuracy
Sales & Profitability:
- Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies
- Drive performance in cellular products, insurance sales, and mobile services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Team Leadership:
- Coach staff and identify talent development opportunities
- Manage team performance and recruitment processes
Candidate Requirements
- Matric certificate (essential)
- 3+ years retail experience (cellular/tech retail preferred)
- Proven leadership skills with team management capability
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
- Computer literacy and basic financial awareness
