Position Summary:
Seek a motivated Assistant Store Manager to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction in our cellular division. Leadership role requiring retail expertise and sales focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Control: Manage inventory processes, stocktakes, and merchandise displays
• Sales Leadership: Analyze performance data and implement growth strategies
• Customer Service: Maintain high service standards and resolve queries
• Team Management: Lead staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies
• Innovation: Implement new technologies and process improvements

Requirements:

• Grade 12/NQF Level 4 qualification (essential)
• 3+ years retail experience (management experience preferred)
• Strong financial acumen and sales tracking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems
• In-depth knowledge of cellular products/services
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
