Inventory Management
- Oversee stock reception, merchandising, and floor replenishment
- Implement stock control measures to minimize losses
- Maintain organized stockroom standards
Business Performance
- Analyze sales reports to develop improvement strategies
- Monitor store profitability and expense control
- Identify new opportunities for revenue growth
Team Leadership
- Coach and develop retail staff members
- Manage recruitment and performance evaluations
- Implement succession planning initiatives
Customer Service
- Maintain exceptional service standards
- Resolve customer queries effectively
Candidate Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 certification
- Proven retail management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting skills
