Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to meet sales targets and customer service standards
• Oversee stock management: Receive, track, and replenish inventory to minimize loss
• Analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities and control expenses
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audits
• Train and mentor staff to improve performance and foster team development
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising guidelines

Requirements

• Matric certificate (Grade 12)
• 3+ years of retail management experience
• Proficiency in basic computer systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of retail best practices and customer service standards
