Position Details

Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily store operations and team performance
- Manage stock control processes including receiving, merchandising, and inventory counts
- Maintain store compliance with health/safety standards and company policies
Sales & Customer Service:
- Analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional activities
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through staff coaching
Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop store team members
- Conduct performance reviews and handle staff administration
- Drive store profitability through operational efficiency
Candidate Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 certification
- 3+ years supervisory experience in retail (clothing preferred)
- Strong computer literacy and numerical skills
- Proven track record in customer service management
- Knowledge of retail operations and stock control principles
