Sales Leadership

• Develop local marketing initiatives and brand awareness strategies
• Monitor store budgets and operational costs

Team Development

• Lead 15-30 retail staff members
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions
• Drive employee training and succession planning

Customer Experience

• Implement service excellence protocols
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• Handle customer feedback and service recovery
