Role Purpose
Support Store Manager in driving operational excellence, sales performance, and customer service standards to maintain competitive market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through promotional execution and upselling strategies
- Manage store operations including stock control, expense management, and compliance
- Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines
- Support staff supervision and shift scheduling
- Implement customer loyalty programs and service initiatives
- Handle daily administrative tasks and reporting
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Grade 12 certificate with 50% in Maths and English
- Relevant business/retail management diploma
