Position Details

Job Type: Full Time
Location: KwaZulu-Natal
Experience: 1+ years retail management
Education: Matric (Maths & English 50%) + Retail/Business qualification
Preferred: Relevant bachelor’s degree

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through promotional execution and upselling strategies
• Manage store operations including inventory, expenses, and loss prevention
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines
• Support staff management and performance goal achievement
• Optimize workforce scheduling per company labor policies
• Enhance customer experience and loyalty program participation
• Handle store administration including HR documentation

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Grade 12 certificate with required subject marks
• Relevant management qualification (external candidates)
• 1+ years assistant management experience in retail/FMCG

Preferred Attributes:

• Degree in Retail/Business Management
• Financial management capabilities
• Proven track record in commercial retail operations
